The Tony Grampsas Youth Services Program (TGYS) is a program provides funding to community-based organizations that serve children, youth, and their families with programs designed to 1) reduce youth crime and violence, 2) prevent youth marijuana use, and 3) prevent child abuse and neglect. Eligible TGYS applicants prevent youth marijuana use, and 3) prevent child abuse and neglect.
