The purpose of this document is to establish the terms of agreement between the agencies and organizations that comprise the Colorado Crisis Education and Response Network (CoCERN) which is envisioned as an inclusive, organized, collaborative and cooperative network for disaster behavioral health response.

CoCERN is comprised of several organizations and agencies: Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health; Colorado State Employee Assistance Program; Colorado Society of School Psychologists; Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance; American Red Cross, Mile High Chapter; Colorado Crisis Support Network.
