Within the context of the Division of Youth Correction's "Vision", "Mission Statement", and "Master Goals" each Regional Office shall develop goals and measurable objectives appropriate to its purpose and aligned to the 5 key strategies and 5 core values. The goals and objectives shall be reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
