In May 2007, the Colorado legislature authorized funding for supplemental online education services through House Bill 07-106. This program was designed to reduce online learning costs to school districts by providing a grant to the service provider. This final report presents the results of the external evaluation studies of Colorado Online Learning by external Consultant Dixie Griffin Good. This report summarizes the findings and recommendations prepared by The Public Good, Inc. in its evaluation of the 2002-03 school year of Colorado Online Learning.
