This Colorado Environmental Performance Partnership Agreement (CEPPA) is an agreement that identifies and explains the key environmental priorities and goals in the State of Colorado, and the working relationship between the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It allows Colorado to identify key state priorities, allocate federal resources to the highest state priorities, and have some flexibility in finding ways to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
This guidance document is intended to provide direction to contractors, consultants and property owners and operators who are involved in soil disturbing activities in areas with known or suspected asbestos-contaminated soil, or where asbestos-contaminated soil is discovered. The guidance is meant to assist in compliance with the Solid Waste Regulations, and where applicable, Air Quality Control Commission Regulation No. 8, Part B (5 CCR 1001-10, Part B - Asbestos) referred to herein as Air Regulation No. 8, Part B. However, it is important that the reader be familiar with the regulations in order to understand the context of the information provided in this guidance.
Colorado State University Libraries has been involved in multiple digitization projects since 2000. with the growth of the number of projects (and project managers) and the development of an Institutional Repository, the Libraries decided to develop a data dictionary, including input guidelines of core metadata elements that would guide project managers at CSU Libraries in metadata planning for their specific projects.
In December 2004, a Corridor Development and Management Plan (CDMP) for the Ports to Plains Corridor was completed. While the recommendations for the plan were far reaching and extensive, the need for improved truck parking and rest area deficiencies was given a limited analysis, resulting in generalized recommendations for improvements along the Corridor. The Ports to Plains Steering Committee initiated this study to provide an additional Public/Private rest area and truck parking needs assessment.
