Primary purpose of DVD is to discuss your rights as a crime victim and sex offender supervision. The victim has two important rights: notification and the right to be heard. Notification involves any change in the criminal judicial process. We will notify you if the defendant: requests a reduction in time, requests to move or travel, summons or warrant for arrest is issued. The second right is the right to be heard in court either in person or in writing.
