Simultaneously, nearly half of Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck and are unable to access two thousand dollars in the event of an emergency. On May 30, 2019 Senate Bill 19-188 (SB 19-188) was passed to prepare for the implementation of a paid family and medical leave program in Colorado by establishing a family and medical leave implementation task force, charged with providing a final recommendation on 16 factors, regarding a paid family and medical leave program for all employees in the state., "January 8, 2020.", Description based on online resource; title from PDF cover; (viewed January 2020)
