A baseline study of natural gas wells and Laramie/Fox Hills (Klf) water wells in the Greater Wattenberg Area (GWA). The purpose of this study is to document the general composition of natural gas from 77 production wells and water quality of 9 Klf water wells in the GWA. The overriding goal of the project is to use these data to address concerns about potential impacts to groundwater resources from existing or future development of oil and gas production in the GWA.
