"In order to meet the demand for the Labor Laws of Colorado, and for the convenience of the working people of this State, I have deemed it proper to have all of the Colorado laws relating to labor revised to date and printed in pamphlet form for distribution, so that all may be become familiar with the laws now on our statute books, and also be in position to ask for further intelligent legislation. Respectfully, Edwin V. Brake, Deputy Labor Commissioner and Chief Factory Inspector."
