This guidance is primarily for public and private residential and community colleges as they plan for the traditional fall school year start; however, all postsecondary institutions should be familiar with the guidance and sections that directly apply to them. This guidance is advisory in nature; its purpose is to provide clarity and recommendations for Colorado postsecondary institutions, taking into account state and local orders in effect as of the date of the issuance of this guidance as well as Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations and best practices from national and state organizations.
