Abstract: A single series of water flow measurements were conducted in the Arkansas River Basin. Measurement were made of water flow from the confluence of Lake Creek and the Arkansas River to the headgate of the Bessemer Canal. Investigation of seepage and conveyance losses tended to confirm previous estimates of a 12% conveyance charge from the Twin Lakes.
