Abstract: The following are guidelines for listed evaluators who are evaluating sexual offenders who are convicted of a non-sex crime (including Failure to Register) and have a history of a prior sex crime adult conviction or juvenile adjudication. Please note that the following guidelines are offered to assist listed evaluators in performing evaluations for this population and are not offered as a required protocol. Listed evaluators are free to continue to use professional offered as a required protocol.
