Abstract: This study reports on the health effects of an investigation of a fatal airline accident on 13 government employees involved in the discovery of probable cause of the crash of US Air flight 1016 on July 2, 1994 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Twenty persons survived, and 38 persons died.
