Ad-hoc committee to consider potential futures for mining engineering, extractive metallurgy and mineral processing at Colorado School of Mines. The committee has completed its review of current and future workforce needs, enrollment and placement of CSM graduates, and faculty qualifications and trends. We have analyzed comparable programs at other US and Canadian universities. In this final report we document our findings and recommendations aligned with the education and strategic vision tasks as charged.
