The state of Colorado developed the Colorado Resiliency Framework - a plan that represents Colorado's longterm investment and commitment toward a more resilient future. The plan identifies strategies and strengths to increase resiliency and reduce risks and vulnerabilities throughout the state to ensure a more vibrant Colorado. In keeping with the state's focus on community resiliency, The Aspen Institute Dialogue on Public Libraries, in partnership with the Colorado State Library, convened the first statewide, multi-stakeholder forum on public libraries in Colorado. This report adds to the considerable body of work conducted by state agencies and local partners to create a roadmap to resilience for Colorado communities and invest in a more resilient future., by Amy K.
