The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of expanding CDSS to include the Arkansas River Basin in Colorado. This Arkansas River Decision Support System (ArkDSS) will build upon the structure, organization, and software developed previously for other basin subsystems; and address conditions and needs unique to this basin.
