Study approaches to increase the amount of retirement savings by Colorado's private sector workers. The Board evaluated three approaches to expand coverage and increase retirement savings for the more than one million Coloradans who currently lack access to a work-based retirement plan: establishing a retirement savings marketplace, establishing a payroll deduction Auto IRA, and increasing financial education in the state.
