In recent years, the State of Colorado and its disaster-impacted communities have gained significant experience in implementing recovery projects and integrating resiliency concepts into recovery operations. Colorado seeks to demonstrate that resiliency does not only apply when a disaster occurs, but rather applies in the day-to-day business of State government and Colorado communities.
