The State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing will seek approval from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for Section 1115 waiver authority to embark on a five year demonstration to implement hospital-led strategic initiatives through the establishment of a delivery system reform incentive payment (DSRIP) program.
