Colorado recycled energy market overview : updated report
Colorado recycled energy market overview : updated report
Recycled energy or waste heat to power (WHP) is the process of capturing heat discarded by an existing process and using that heat to generate electricity. Colorado's Renewable Electricity Standard (RES) requires systems to have a nameplate capacity of 15 megawatts (MW) or less, convert the otherwise lost energy from the heat from exhaust stacks or pipes to electricity and not combust additional fossil fuel to be eligible., prepared by: Jeffrey Hood [and 5 others], "May 2017.", Includes bibliographical references., Online resource; title from PDF cover (viewed June 2022)

Colorado results first Health findings
Colorado results first Health findings
The Research and Evidence-Based Policy (REP) team in the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting(OSPB) has reviewed programs in the Results First health policy area. The team has developed a program inventory of programs/services delivered in the state, ranked them on their predicted effectiveness based on national/state research, and estimated the benefits of these programs. Contrary to prior Results First reports, the traditional cost-benefit analysis could not be performed because limited cost data for health programs/services is available at the state level. Despite costs not being included, the team has included the projected monetary benefits of health programs, which are typically accrued over the lifetime of an individual receiving services. The REP team is reporting on the benefits of the programs but notes that without better cost data at the state level, it is difficult to get a comprehensive picture of whether these programs are cost-effective. The program inventories can be used though to determine whether a program is effective based on national and/or state research., "September 2018.", Online resource; title from PDF cover (viewed February 2020)

Colorado visual and performing arts education survey statistical report : a comprehensive survey of arts education in the Colorado schools
Approximately 20% of Colorado Public Schools provided a detailed description of the size and scope of their formal and informal (extra-curricular) arts education programs via a voluntary survey in two rounds of data collection: April- May 2014 and then again October-December 2014. This study shows two important things about Colorado schools. First, on the whole, Colorado school administrators and educators "believe in" the value of arts education. Second, arts education offerings throughout Colorado indicate Colorado has "held the line" on K-12 arts education since 2008., research credit: Jane Hansberry., Online resource; title from PDF cover (viewed March 2019)
